Hello Everybody



In the past blog I talked about Mr.Amr Khaled and mentioned why do people - especialy youth - love him, simply because he help in Awaking the gaint; which means he help to put our powers in something useful, so its not a matter of being fan with someone and he's right while others are wrong. Simply he had a vision and thus youth supports him.

I already had mentioned before that we are all Humans; thus there is no one is 100% perfect, and all of us had good points and bad points + we are not worshiping anyone except ALLAH (swt).

Okay, after this short intro, we all know that no one agree about any persone 100%; indeed you find people who agree and disagree, but what realy bother me, people who use to attack him are always either attacking in a personal way, or use to attack without knowing something about him.

I'll give an example; once I met some friends and we chat about manythings, then we mentioned Amr Khaled's name and Life Makers program, I found them attacking, OKAY as I respect everybodies point of view / opinion, but when I asked " Did anyone ever saw an episode for him, or see something which make him attack? " the answer was "NO, we used to hear .......bla bla bla " ...!!!!

SubhannALLAH !!! how could people attack someone without knowing anything about him? I realy hate this atmosphere, where you just attack anyone ONLY because you heard that OTHERS are attacking him!

I tell you something: When someone few years in the 90s attacked our beloved writter Najiub Mahfouz, he only used to do so because he HEARD that he's writting somethings aganist Islam, heared !!! and never read anything about him.

I realy wonder, subhan ALLAH!
The attack process is not only aganist Mr. Amr Khaled; it's rather everywhere since past until today; you find people who are trying to say something .. Look what people say aganist Sheikh Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradawi for example, look in the past when they used to attack Taha Husien; Abbass el-Aqqad; Tawfiq el-Hakeem; Yusuf el-Shebaiie; Yehya Haqqi; ... etc.

In the past time when Ibn Rushd said something which is not Okay with what OTHERS believe, they used to burn his books, simply because they don't like him!!!!

Anyway what I realy see regardless the persone
ALLAH (swt) gave us this something called Mind to observe + analyis everything, and after this we can reach opinions, but to estimate a those opinions according to what others only say without using our mind; this is so strange!

Also, there's something called My opinion and Your Opinion, and as we agree about manythings, we also disagree about others, simply because everyone has his own personality + culture + education ...etc, but this dosen't mean that I'm 100% right and others are 100% wrong .. NO .. we are just having different points of view.

There;s a famos quote al-Hassan al-Bassry says " My opinion is right and may have some wrong parts whereby Others opinion are wrong and have some right parts "
رأيي صواب يحتمل الخطأ .. ورأي غير ي خطأ يحتمل الصواب

Finaly: ALLAH (swt) is the ONLY one who'll judge us,
so I realy pray for HIM (swt) to forgive all of us, and reward all of us, Amen!

Amr Khaled = Awakening the Gaint

• Stage III = Projects of Renaissance

I'm very thankful for ALLAH (swt) that I'd heard about him a long time ago, and in the matter of fact this thankful is common between many youth worldwide, simply because Mr. Amr Khaled gave them the chance to contribute + interact together in everything to reach a goal, that what Muslim should be as this is the real Islam.

This blog has a very small place which is not enough to talk about Mr. Amr Khaled, and for that matter I want to clarify that we - Muslims - are not fans of the man only but we do respect this charachter which has realy something to give for this ummah. It's a matter of actions, because this man became loved among millions of people worldwide for his work to translate.

For that matter, we @ I-MAG had made a special sectiion called Life Makers where we'd introduced the conceprual idea of Life Makers in our 1st Issue ( February 2005 ), and in the following issue we are introducing Life Makers worldwide in order to calrify there efforts indeed. Sami Yusuf = True + Sensitive Voice

Do you hear that voice? Yeah it's Sami Yusuf :)
Frist time I know about him was from Mr. AmrKhaled when he introduced him @ Sunna'ul Hayah ( Life Makers ) program on the ceremony of finishing its 1st stage. Since then I became a big fan of him - even if I'm man ;) LOL

His 1st clip - al-Mu'allim - was something great for all of us everywhere, something whcih made many people stop to see what this guy do - macha'allah -

We @ I-MAG had published an article about this in our 1st issue ( February 2005 ), by sister Hayatt ALYAQOUT, called [ A Clip That Clapped!A Critical Reading in the “Sami-Yusufianism” ]. You can download it for free

After by, he released his full album "al-Mu'allim" @ July 2003 and it was destributed worldwide and sold - and still - thousands of copy worldwide; either in the form of Cassette or DVD, and for the matter of fact tjose copys were sold either directry through stores of local disrtibuters or online from Awakeing Stores

He had performed many concerts worldwide; Egypt, Kuwait, Canada, UK, and others are on the way according to his website. His popularity is increasing - macha'allah - and he realy deserve it.

Finaly: I think it is a good idea to try visiting his website + his forum, as you'll find links for the interview with the BBC and other resources.

Hard Times

• "1. Alif. Lam. Mim.
• 2. Do men imagine that they will be left (at ease) because they say, We believe, and will not be tested with affliction? " [ T.M.Q. by Marmaduke Pickthall 29:1-2 ]

• "155. And surely We shall try you with something of fear and hunger, and loss of wealth and lives and crops; but giveglad tidings to the steadfast,
• 156. Who say, when a misfortune striketh them: Lo! we are Allah's and Lo! unto Him we are returning. " [ T.M.Q. by Marmaduke Pickthall 2:155-156 ]

Thats it; whenever or wherever you face troubles, go to ALLAH (swt) and he'll help you to pass it, even if it take sometime, but sure it'll pass incha'allah. We find that the answer always there, I mean in the last verse 155 we find the problem, but the answer is following it directly @ verse 156.

Another very mportant point; Easy times came in parallel with Hard times, not after which means that Mercy of ALLAH (swt) is always with the bad times

• "5. But lo! with hardship goeth ease,
  6. Lo! with hardship goeth ease; " [ T.M.Q. by Marmaduke Pickthall 94:5-6 ]

In fact, that waht makes Islam great; whenever you want to talk to ALLAH (swt) just make supplications with deep feelings and HE will hear you, it's a direct connection 24/7 all your lifetime, more than DSL ;)

• " And when My servant question thee concerning Me, then surely I am nigh. I answer the prayer of the suppliantwhen he crieth unto Me. So let them bear My call and let them trust in Me, in order that they may be led aright. " [ T.M.Q. by Marmaduke Pickthall 2:186 ]

And last point+ very important ; we must be with ALLAH (swt) not only in bad times but in all times ( Good + Bad ) because ALLAH (swt) and we shall gain reward from ALLAH (swt) incha'allah at last.

It's important - for that matter - to read this great book - Holy Qur'an - daily, even if we read 2.5 pages / day because:

• 2.5 pages = 1/4 hizb
• 5.0 pages = 1/2 hizb
• 7.5 pages = 3/4 hizp
• 10.0 pages = 1 full hizb
• 20.0 pages = 1 full chapter ( 2 hizb )

So don't loose your connection with ALLAH (swt) under any condition, and read in the Holy Qur'an.

Scary Movie XIX

After the invention of the Nuclear Weapon, Albert Einstien had declared " The unleashed power of the atom has changed everything, except our mode of thinking ", and for that matter World War II was an ideal example of such stupidity when USA bombed Nagasaki + Hiroshima.

In 1945, UN had been established to ensure Global Peace, but since 1945-2005 ( 60 years ) and there's nothing from that peace Man can see worldwide. Yeah maybe there were no nuclear wars since World War II, but in the matter of fact Humanity had faced - and still - wars everywhere.

Since 9/11/2001, World waked up on the bitter truth: "Honey, I'm Home" - said Terrorism - and for that matter we'd seen what so called " War on Terrorism" by USA + UK, and therefore it became clearly that UN took the red card ( OUT !)

USA + UK gave themselves the right to talk + act on the behalf of fighting terrorism, and the equation became Islam = Terrorism according to them.

Very silly indeed!, simply because who understand Islam or have the knowlege about, he know this basic fact; Islam had forbid killing any sole according to what ALLAh (swt) had mentioned in the Holy Qur'an:

• " For that cause We decreed for the Children of Israel that whosoever killeth a human being for other than manslaughter or corruption in the earth, it shall be as if be had killed all mankind, and whoso saveth the life of one, it shallbe as if he had: saved the life of all mankind. Our messengers came unto them of old with clear proofs (of Allah'ssovereignty) , but afterwards lo! many of them became prodigals in the earth. " [ T.M.Q. by Marmaduke Pickthall 5:32 ]

• " Say: Come, I will recite unto you that which your Lord hath made a sacred duty for you: that ye ascribe no thingas partner unto Him and that ye do good to parents, and that ye slay not your children because of penury. We providefor you and for them and that ye draw not nigh to lewd things whether open or concealed. And that ye slay not the lifewhich Allah hath made sacred, save in the course of justice. This He hath commanded you, in order that ye may discern. " [ T.M.Q. by Marmaduke Pickthall 6:151 ]

Why did Islam frobid it? because it came to urbanise Earth, so Terrorism is something we all must defined, and for that matter, all nations must regenerate the mission within the framework of UN; as it was founded for this, and not to work outside this framework.

War Against Terrorism is not a One Man Show; it's rather a team work from all nations against all those black + closed minded people who want nothing except destroying everything for the sake of no one but their sick minds & souls.

And as I start with a quote from Albert Einstien, I'd like to end with a quote by Sir Winston Churchill which states " To build may have to be the slow and laborious task of years. To destroy can be the thoughtless act of a single day "

Clay = Man

Assalam Alikom wa rahmat ALLAH

Hello Everybody

When I was updating my profile few minutes ago, I found at the bottom of the page this random question

• Q: If mud is dirt plus water, what is clay? and you'll find my answer;
• A: Clay = Man

In fact I put that answer automaticaly, maybe because - as Muslim - we known that Man is a clay creature, maybe this is a direct answer, but in the matter of fact, when I think more deeper in this question - don't ask me why it need to think deeper - anyway I find that the answer is in the question itself.

Let me clarify myself more;
Mud = dirt + water, that's a basic fact, and so do Man. A deep look in the Human nature give us the same result; as it is a mixture of dirt + water, or better say Eveil + Pure.

• When Man acts in good way, his pure part is taking role
• When Man acts in bad way, his eveil part is taking role

That's why I do believe that we are humans; nither angles nor deviles, and for that matter we need to focus - for sure - on our good part in order to make it active as much as we can, but when we act bad - and sure we do - we must ask ALLAH (swt) forgivness, simply because HE (swt) had created us an know that we are just humans.

• " Allah tasketh not a soul beyond its scope. For it (is only) that which it hath earned, and against it (only) that whichit hath deserved. Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget, or miss the mark! Our Lord! Lay not on us such a burden as Thou didst lay on those before us! Our Lord! Impose not on us that which we have not the strength to bear! Pardon us,absolve us and have mercy on us, Thou, our Protector, and give us victory over the disbelieving folk." [ T.M.Q. by Marmaduke Pickthall 2:286 ]

Hello & Welcome

In my opinion, Humans were found in order to communicate, and this help in fulfilling there mission which is: Urbanising Earth according to Islam; as ALLAH (swt) has mentioned in the Holy Qur’an that:

• “ O mankind! Lo! We have created you male and female, and have made `you nations and tribes that ye may know one another. Lo! the noblest of you, in the sight of Allah, is the best in conduct. Lo! Allah is Knower, Aware. ” [ T.M.Q. by Marmaduke Pickthall 49:13 ]

I don’t want to be heavy from the beginig, so see you all soon incha’allah
